The famous mixologist Constante Ribalaigua, born in Lloret de Mar (Girona), emigrated to Cuba at the end of the XiX century, achieving world fame as the owner of the “Floridita”, where a regular client, the writer Ernest Hemingway, baptized him as “The King of the Daiquiri ”.
