Mariano Pozzi

Mariano Pozzi was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1990. He is an Image and Sound Designer from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) where he currently teaches as well. He worked in different production companies and on several TV shows (fiction and nonfiction), web series, movies and drama plays. He is also a Project Developer and Board Member of the Human Rights Film Festival of Buenos Aires (FICDH) and the Environmental Film Festival of Buenos Aires (FINCA), organized by the NGO Instituto Multimedia DerHumALC (IMD). Additionally to the film festivals, they produce original content and film screenings tours. His projects includes topics as homelessness, children rights and migrant rights. He works in artistic project with a social impact angle. He is a fellow of the IV Salzburg Global Forum for Young Social Innovators of Austria, an Advisor and Special Jury Member of the Better Together Challenge by World Culture Open of South Korea; and a Buenos Aires Global Shaper, program of the World Economic Forum.
